Carrot surprise Submitted by: The Canandian Goverment

Ingredients:
    13 Carrots
    Salad Dressing (preferably *Kraft)
    I would prefer if you use Ranch but if you don't it's not my fault that it will taste gross

Recipe:

    horizontally cut carrots one by one into
    rectangular shape.(maybe you shoud get an adult to do this part.) Pour dressing inot bowl and injoy

Snow Balls Submitted by: Donna Randell

Ingredients:
    5 tbsp. butter
    5 tbsp. cocoa
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe:

    Boil for 5 minutes and reduce heat.
    Add: 2 cups mini marshmallows and
    stir until melted.
    Add: 2 cups coconut
    2 cups rolled oats
    Form into balls and roll in coconut.
    Yummy!

Dogberry Jelly (Mountain Ash for Non-Newfoundlanders Submitted by: Betty Webb

Ingredients:
    1 quart dogberries
    2 doz. crabapples
    Sugar

Recipe:

    Wash berries. Wash and cut up apples. Place all in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until soft. Mash while cooking. Strain through a jelly bag or cheesecloth.
    Measure syrup and put on to boil for 15 minutes, add 3/4 cup of sugar for each cup of juice. Continue cooking until a few drops put on a very cold plate will jell OR until 220F (104C) on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and pour into hot sterilized jelly jars. Put on metal lids and rings. Let cool on a cooling rack, lids will pop down when sealed.

Castor Oil Cookies Submitted by: Edna Dawe

Ingredients:
    1 cup each of:
    Sugar, Molasses & Milk.
    1/2 Cup of Castor Oil
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    2 tsp. Ginger
    Enough flour to make stiff dough

Recipe:

    Combine ingredients. Roll on floured board to desired thickness. Bake at 450 degrees until done.

    This recipe is equal to a dose of castor oil and there is no bad taste.

Lobster Stuffed Eggs Submitted by: Marjorie

Ingredients:
    6 Hard Boiled Eggs
    1 Cup Of Cooked Lobster
    1 Teaspoon of Prepared Mustard
    2 Teaspoons of Mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper
    Paprika

Recipe:

    Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.Mash yolks and lobster together while mixing in mustard, mayonnaise and seasonings. Spoon into the half egg whites and sprinkle paprika on top. Chill and serve.
